Our premises are located approx 4 miles along the Culbuck Road just outside Omagh.

They comprise of a total of three buildings having a combined floor space of 25,000 sq. ft. These house various modern equipment and machinery capable of producing materials and goods to the clients specification.

Our Engineering equipment is extensive but necessary for the market sectors we are currently supplying.

We have:

2 No. Guillotines having a shearing capacity of 3m long by 12mm plate thickness.

2 No. Kaltenbach cold saws having the capacity of cutting box section of 315mm by 50mm or Tubular 130mm diameter.

1 No. heavy duty production band saw Behringer having the capacity of 500 x 340mm in rectangular section and tubular 340mm diameter.

3 No. sets of motorised rollers, having the maximum capacity of 3m Long x 8mm thick plate, with a minimum internal rolling diameter of 250mm.

1 No. hydraulic steelworker having a capacity of 70 tonne offering five working stations for various procedures.

2 No. Press brakes having a maximum capacity of 4050mm and a plate thickness of 12mm.

1 No. Ermakson CNC 120 tonne hydraulic Press brake having a folding capacity of 3.1m plate with a thickness of 6mm.

1 No. Erconlina semi automatic hydraulic mandrel machine with a capacity of bending tube from 25mm O.D. to 75mm O.D. in Stainless steel, also used as a Mega Bender with a capacity of bending Mild Steel Tube up to 76mm dia. and 4mm wall thickness, and Mild steel solid bar 45mm dia. all at 180 degree angle.

1 No. Variable angle Notching machine capacity 6mm having a blade shear of 220mm.

2 No. Belt Finishers to De-Bur, Polish and shape pipe work and plate to a specific design.

1 No. Bridgeport milling machine semi automatic 4ft table.

1 No. Nibbler with operations such as, Cutting, Nibbling, Slot cutting, Louver cutting, Joggling, Beading and edge bending.

1 No. Kitchen & Wade piller drill, Morris taper No.4 with a through dept of 900mm and various smaller piller drills.

1 No. Plasma profiler with the capacity to cut stainless steel, Mild steel, Aluminium and Brass, in a sheet size of 4m x 2m x 25mm thick plate, and is assisted by Auto Cad Design. It also has its own slew crane with a capacity of 2 tonne. We can also undertake any Solid Modelling that the client may request.

1 No. 3m Lathe maximum capacity of 400mm free centre 100mm semi automatic.

2 No. yard Forklifts, Toyota 2.5 tonne and a 3.5 tonne.

1 No. JCB 532 x 120 Telehandler 3 tonne lift with a 12m reach.

Various handheld and bench type threading machines with a capacity to thread pipe work from 1/4" to 4" dia.

Various portable and static welding equipment, Metal Arc, Mig and Tig systems.

With this wide variety of equipment and the extreme capabilities of our workshop, we can design and manufacture just about anything that the client can think of.
