NI Skill Build Apprentice Of The Year

Skillbuild NI competition test pieces are designed to challenge the ability of apprentices to follow detailed instructions, produce accurate and neat work outputs, be economical with materials while working to strict timescales – all essential requirements for today’s construction industry.

Skillbuilds aim is to promote and build a skills respect culture by celebrating skills excellence, inspiring young people and providing them with an opportunity to showcase their skills and talent.  Craft competitions are a wonderful way for young apprentices to become inspired and motivated.
